Is it ok to run RPM A arms only on the top and on the front

uhhhh i run old style up top and new wide maxx on the bottom its kinda screwy but its all good!! i even got diferent colors too!!

No problem running them on the front top only although my prefference would be to run them at all four conners top and bottom. You can always replace them with rpm arms as you break them.
