What do u guys think about fuel filters, should i get one and if so what brand should i get. and where in the fuel line should i install it.

Thanks Guys

fuel filters are always a good investment. they help screen out tiny particles of dirt that will ruin your engine. Dubro makes a good filter but if you search 'fuel filters' on towers hobbies, you'll get a decent selection. as for where to install it, all you need to do is cut the fuel line between the carb and fuel tank.

Also, make note that some filters are meant to flow in one direction. Another plus is that a larger filter holds more fuel, and will give you a bit more run time on your lid while you run to flip it back over.

if you add two you can get even more lid time and run time out of your tank. i got a "BIG DADDY" fuel filter. "good investment"

The Big Daddy filter is a good one, just dont get a duratrax one, they suck and leak like crazy.
