Hellow guys, I havent really posted here in a long time, so here goes:

I have got an ipod since last year, and its great. A 10g 3gen model and its a dream come true. Over 5k songs and months of music. The real problem I'm writing to you is that I have accidentally *Pause-....Gasp* scratched *Breathe* my baby...and well I was hoping someone had the same problem and found a solution. I have tried Novus stage 1 and 2 fixer but I'm thinking stage 3 is a better buy. I am going to get a better case from eXo so I'm thinking about buying the cleaner at the same time. Please give me ur .02.

I'm not sure how you can fix a scratch on your ipod . i have a 40 gig 3g its all scratched up front and back . They make sleeves that you can cover it so it doesn't happen. :OT: But worse than scratchs the IPOD has battery issues after roughly a year to 18 months the ipods battery dies out . After that is unrechargeable. It took mine about eight months to crap out on me. So hopefully you have a warranty from wherever you bought it from. To have the battery replaced you have to send it to apple and it costs around $200.00 . I think they left that information out of their brouchure. I just enjoy spreading the word about the ipod . make sure you have all your music backed up to a hard drive somewhere. Because when it dies you can't turn it back on. I lost roughly 11,000 songs when mine died :flaming: I've heard that dells mp3 player is good. There are alot of other low gig mp3 players out there. I personaly just got my BESTBUY refund check back a couple weeks ago and got a RCA LYRA media player. Its only a 20 gig. But it has an lcd screen and plays video and you can view pictures on it also.its alot better than the ipod ever was. But I miss my BABY still damn those APPLE people :sniper: Well i know that didnt answer your question but hey i FEEL better LOL thanks for letting me vent my ipod frustraions out on you and yeah i think I'm done typing now good luck with your :music:

No problem, I love a good vent. I actually found a solution. The Novus³Cleaner fixes large scratches so I'm gonna get that. Otherwise my BATTERY is fine. I hope It lasts a while because I dont wanna pay for a new one. I hope your not serious when you said $200 for a new battery. I've seen batteries for $50, which isnt THAT bad.

i did have a 10 GB iPod but my man MCVICKJ has it now =D, i loved it, get a good custom case for it, there on eBay, just look under iPod accesories. later
