UP FOR BID IS A NICE HPI SAVAGE WITH REVO RADIO AND RECIEVER

HAS HIGH TORQUE METAL GEAR SERVOS, OFNA ENGINE WIT ROTO START BACK PLATE.

THE BODY MOUNTS WERE MODIFIED TO FIT THE CEN GENISIS MASSAVE BODY SINCE I DID NOT WANT TO CUT NEW HOLES IN THE BODY TO DAMAGE IT.

THE TRUCK IS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION, BUT AS WITH THE NATURE OF THIS HOBY IT IS SOLD AS-IS.

IF YOU KNOW YOU can't SOLVE SMALL PROBLEMS THAT ARISE WITH RC HOBBIES SUCH AS THIS ONE I SUGGEST YOU DO NOT GET INTO THIS HOBBY.

THE ENGINE RUNS GOOD BUT MAY HAVE TO BE RETUNED TO YOUR AREA.

I DONT NEED THIS TRUCK ANYMORE I HAVE TOO MANY, I AM TRYING TO MAKE UP MONEY TO BUY A HELI.

its not a real xl doesn't have the 5.9 engine looks like an upgraded savage .25 with those wheels and rollbar

Alien - Since you're in GB and the truck is in NY, I assume that you were just passing the link along as opposed to being the seller....

It looks like a Savage XL with a CEN Genesis body and an Ofna engine.
The seller mentions a Revo (Traxxas) radio and receiver, but does'nt show it - nor does it look like the receiver has been installed cuz I ain't seeing no antenna.

My 2cents - From time to time I've bought a couple of Savages off of eBay.
At current price you're looking at $180.00 - $200.00 incl S/H, which is about the going rate on the bay.

If you buy it, expect that you'll need to buy parts or add some stuff.
For example, the seller didn't mention a battery or a failsafe - so you might be needing those.
My personal experience is that most sellers exaggerate the condition of the engine.
I'm not saying this guy is - but when I buy used, I'd rather expect the engine to be toast and be pleasantly surprised than the opposite.
I can't tell if it has a pull start or a roto-start backplate on it.
If it is a roto-start, you'll need the roto-start + battery + charger (unless you have those already)
Also - don't be shocked to find that the diff's are worn out or abused.

I'll also agree with heathW, it looks like it was cobbled together and didn't start out life as an XL - hence my mentioning the diffs.

Correct. I suppose I could have specified that, had other things on my mind and I was rushed.

OP: In the future, YOU need to post the link to something if you want advice on it. We can't offer an opinion on something with a screwed up title, and no info.

hey thanks guys. U really helped. I decided not buy this truck..since most of you couldn't figure out what this really was..haha Thanks, again! :)

This is just my opinion but try to stay away from used vehicles. They can sometimes be a pain in the a$$! Save up and buy new!:)
