Integy evo 5 garbage!!!

So I got the shaft from Integy today...quite literally!! I wanted some inexpensive rear shafts for my 4908 so I ordered 2 evo 5 heavy duties from rc planet. They got the heavy part right!! They weigh a ton. But that's not all, I got them on and they were a hair too short. It said 4908 on the package but with the suspension relaxed they would surely pop apart. While checking that I noticed they were not straight either. I've bought alot of good integy stuff but I think they need to quit over engineering their crap and stick with stuff that works. Do they really need 5 versions of the same part? I had to use my new evo 3 shafts that I ordered for my revo and they fit nice. I guess the revo's getting traxxas brand cvd's, that'll work.

Integy shafts aren't even close to being as strong as stockers. Integy=junk.

Well I guess you live and learn. I hope the traxxas shafts are ok, got 'em coming for the revo and I have to use my integy evo 3's on the maxx for now.

Loosen that slipper. I guess it really doesn't matter. They'll break regardless.
