installing new skidplates???

ok i just bought thes skidplates

i need help installing them.. i know how to take off the stock ones... but do i need to keep them on or do i need special screws to install them????

Uh, just take the old ones off and replace them with the new ones.

Are the new skids thicker? A little shouldn't matter.

is there any inespensive upgrades i could do to my maxx?.... i have a 2.5
u kno were to get cheap wheel's or tires(tyres)

I'd look for a set of 3.3 stock tire. You should be able to find a set for around $30-40 shipped. They would be a good first upgrade. I'd upgrade everything to 4908 T Maxx parts. diffs, axles, axle carriers, tie rods, ect... Search this site for the info you need. 4908 T maxx parts bolt right up to your older Maxx. The 4908 T Maxx's are the new 3.3's, with forward only Trannys. If yours have reverse, a foc(Forward only conversion) is a great upgrade for strength. It'll cost around $10.

i was thinking about putting a 3.3 transmission in it but it said i had to modify my 2.5 to work... i did not know if it was a big or little modtify...

so i will write this stuff down so i dont forget..

i only got like 20 bucks now

i will get more money around christmas time.....


Any upgrades that make my truck look better too?

do you kno were to get cooling head cheap.....
