Man, that is a blast from the past! Do any of the re-release parts fit it? The re-re Javelin I built looks exactly the same as the old one, except they did change the wing supports. Not sure if anything else changed because I don't have an old one to compare.

I haven't tried any new parts yet.
I have a fair stock of og parts for now.
I HEAR the new gold shocks aren't as good as the old ones???
I have nothing to base this on but not as smooth maybe? Or do they leak?
I will likely be picking up some new parts if I do ever put it on a track... I will be sure to compare and report back!
I have an OG RC10 with similar old vs new parts issues/questions too!

Kyosho are good kits, my first nitro car was a Rampage 10 with the .12 OS CZR for Christmas 1992. I still got it.

I knew a guy who had a Vanning. It was the first "real" rc car I'd ever seen in person. I was in love... lol!

I'd love to see a build thread on that Rampage btw!
