Well I've managed to strip a screw into my steering linkage and now I'll have to drill it out. Since I'm gonna to have to do all of this I figured what better time then to replace all of it with a nice alum. set. this is what I've found, and comes in Silver like I want.

Only problem is, its outta stock. Anyone know where I can get a this or something similar in silver and is in stock?

Why can't people make parts in Silver...silver is so much cooler! :\

I'm betting that you might find the nifty tech tip on removing anodizing to be helpful...now where did that thing go?

The yellow can of easy off is the way to go. Don't let a little anno scare ya WoodiE. It will come off easily, then just polish the aluminum, wallah...silver

Look at that...two mods can find it, but the admin can't... =devil

Guess it is time to break out that search engine and make it go...

Here's a start...

Ohh I know we can remove the coloring, I'm just to lazy to do so. Why should I have to pay $40 on a part just to remove the coloring. :\

here shipping is high so if you need anything else get it now to save$$$$ on shipping

Their price's are not to bad, but they are located in Hong Kong which is why the shipping prices are high, and the reason why it would take 2-3 weeks to get here. On top of that there is not a single part of their shopping cart that is proctected by SSL.

Regardless of how nice your prices are it's not worth sending any kind of payment or personal info over the net completely unprotected.

You still have to create an account with that company first, that company will then store your name, address, and phone number on their server.

All of which is completely unprotected, from the time you input it all all the way to them storing it on their servers, thanks but no thanks.
