i try to set my linkage to make my carb full open at full throttle but the best i reach is 2/3.Very frustrating!!!!I try for 5 hours and nothing more.Maybe my OS .12 doesn't work with my JR servo.Well i don't know. I will bring it tommorow to my LHS to make it check but I'm sure is not gonna be able to do something more.:depress: It's so newbie like problem!:p:

What kind of radio do you have? You can set the servo travel with most avfermarket radios. You should be able to make it work by moving the linkage out on the servo arm. The further from the servo shaft, the further the linkage moves.

Yup, scottm asked the million dollar question. Assuming that you horn/servo/linkage setup is correct, the next place to check is your controller. Try disconnecting the linkage and observing the travel (both ways) of your servo. With everything turned on (rcvr box and controller), with no inputs (no throttle or steering), your servo horn should be in a position to form an "L" shape with the linkage. Other adjustments should be made on the linkage itself.
Having the servo horn perpendicular to the linkage gives you a linear rate of travel.

Ok.....so you mean that i can open the carb wider with my controller?:ponder:

If you have everything with your linkage set up properly, you should be able to get the full range of motion and a full open throttle. Make certain that you do not have any negative trim input on the throttle. Make certain that the servo arm that you are using is perpendicular to the linkage when the servo is at a neutral position (as mentioned by militarymaxx). Other than that, depending on your radio, you may be able to adjust the servo endpoints, but that is not a stock radio function.

you may need to remove the servo horn, turn on the radio/rx and center your throttle trim (0) then replace the horn, with the linkages set the way you like, you may have to adjust your brakes after doing this.

if you have a computer radio, you can set your endpoints (EPA) these may or may not be maxed out. do not set it past carb all the way open or your servo will strain too much, trying to pull it out when it can't pull anymore. this will kill rx packs as well.

Ok now that everyone has covered the servo angle I will ask about the actual carb. Is it slide or rotary??? If it is a rotary one thing you might be able to do to help you out. There are usually two holes that will accept the Ball end where the linkage will attach to. Make sure that the ball end is in the top hole not the bottom one. If it's slide than yeah it's all linkage related.

thanks guys i try and it works with the radio!!! :cheers:Its full open at full throttle! but now i dont have any breaks!I am in good direction to succeed! With the radio is more easy to set.thanks again.

If you just wanted a quick fix, you could bend the thick wire a little to shorten it up.
