Does anyone have experience with the Imex jumbo maxx tires. I leaning toward the jumbo claw dogs but I also like the Swamp dogs or the Dozers. I'm just not sure which ones Id be happy with .I do about equal share of on and offroad bashing so which is the best for my needs.

I have run the Claw Dawgz and Pirata has run the Swamp Dawgz. I liked them for the size and stability. Their weight also helped in landing back flips, but you need a strong steering servo and plenty of engine to make the best use of them.

As for your preference, I think the Claw Dawgz will work well in both on and off road applications. I ran mine on road plenty with no noticeable wear.

Thats what I was thinking, as far as power I'm running the S.25 With 3 shoe clutch. and I'm gonna use the Hitec HS-645MG ultra Torque servo. Thanks for the advice .

does anyone have a hitec 645mg w/jumbo maxx claw dogs??? just wondering if its strong enough?
I got a 645mg servo, 6v humppack , mp servo saver mod, and i thought I'd be able to turn the stock tires just sitting there but i can't .. should i be able to?

You should be able to. Is your steering tight feeling? You may have something overtightened that is binding the steering.

yeah because my savage with the mp servo savaer mod and a 645mg servo turns my big joes on the spot! i couldn't believe it when i saw that.:)

I'll pull the front end out tonight which should i check 1st? and i'll charge my hump pack again, its brand new so thats prabably OK

Took front end out checked everything nothing binding , put back in ...no change

AAH HA ::doh: the dual rate steering knob on radio on minimum...turned it to max ..turnin like a champ sittin still on bench...
should I leave it turned to max ? possibly adjust after break in??where's yours set? (if you're using RTR radio)

mines set at maximum, i always need the maximum amount of turning ability

cool I'll leave it then.. just wasn't sure if it was ok to leave it maxxed out if.. it works i'll go with it
thanks

Do you guys really use the Hitec Hs 645? I use it to and i can't really turn my stock savage wheels fast or anything (it does the job of getting the wheels turned fine though) but i'd really consider the Hitec HS 945 if you're running bigger tyres like the joe's or swamp dawgs

I used the digital version of the 645 (HiTec HS-5645MG). That servo turned the JumboMaxx wheels with little difficulty. Speedy and strong with great recentering. Since I primarily use the digital variety I can not speak to the pros or cons of the 645. I just know it to be a commonly used hi-torque servo.
