Thats the list i have so far for the basics, the other stuff like the diff oil, paint, gas, and little stuff ill just get here in town. Feel free to tell me if I'm missing something importand or necessary for a good start. I'm also getting a servo saver from HPI but can't get a link to it at the moment, its the one they just came out with.

Look at my thread about the Wasp .28, I'm not saying get one right away but a Wasp .28 in a savage is completely insane. The power is unbelieveable. My servo saver is on order. :D Its at http://www.hpiracing.com/index2.htm right on the homepage there is a picture of it, just click on that.

Yeah iv seen and thik iv responded to your thread and i decided that thats the next engine for my buggy and savage. You have really convinced me iv even recomended it to others out there who are looking for an engine. Thanks for the great info on the Engine.

No problem, I'm planning on getting some vid for you guys, words can't do it justice :D You need to see it to believe it lol.

Are you getting all that for x-mas??

I plan on getting ths savage in 6 months cuz thats when i will move into my new haouse. sounds like a long way off to be asking Questions now but I'm trying to get everything together on my list so i can just know what to buy. Hey you never know i may get one sooner than that, If i just can't wait for 6 months. It will be a chanange.

Its a little pricey but this one looks sweet

whoo whoooo...ohhh the joy of shopping for all that stuff!!!!!! The only thing i would change is Id go with the Jr XR3i over the Futaba 2PL...just my preference though. The one you choose will suit just fine. Dude, your gonna have some serious fun building..jumping..bashing the hell out of that beast!!!!!

I know what you mean, i chose that controler cuz its in my price range and better than stock but now as good as waht you recomended. I have see that Servo saver and fell in love with it but the price i sure didnt fall in love with your right when you say a little pricy, i would get it but I'm trying to save as much mone as i can. Thanks for the input. I know I'm going to love it.

heres a link with info about the servo saver from a thread i started a while back. Has a pic of one installed and i think the last post of the thread a member explains the way it works. Worth the short amount of time to look over.

I'm gonna wait for the price to drop before i buy it. I settled for the Ofna MP saver for now.

Oh, Ya might wanna pick up some rechargeable batts for the receiver if u dont have 8 AA's laying around the house already.

batteryspace.com has them cheap!

I Already have 24 thats now a typo and their rechargable, LOL. That was a great link, great help and info on it. The price may be steeo but it sounded so nice. Well the Servo saver i was going to get was the HPI one it just came out and it the same price as the MP one, and you dont loose turning radious. I loved the GH one but i think the HPI one will do well enough. You can geta look at it on the HPI web site go to new stuff, then new option parts and there it is. It comes with a throttle return spring too. May want to check it out, still not as good as the GH but its less expensive.

cool..I'm all for something that will improve turn radius and still on the cheap side. That one from HPI should be a good improvement over stock. So when is all this bad a** stuff gonna arrive at your house so you can get the wrenches turning?

I'm hoping sometime between now and spring, in the process of moving so thats about when i should get it worked out.
