I'm new to the Nitro scene but i alreeady want another hpi car i currently have an Rs4 Evo now but the savage is coming to me... i really like it because i saw one of these thing hit a jump and flipped like 3 times and just kept going! i think it was on monster garage.... do any savages come RTR wth a radio system?
how did you guys come along with buying your savage? i have Trust in HPI now because of that savage when it hit the jump

ohhh noooo, nitro fever, sounds like me after my first RS4! well 3 RS4's,T-MAXX and a SAVAGE later,I still find myself wanting more! The savage is avaliable RTR with the radio system or in a kit minus radio, both being powered by a huge .25 engine. strong durable trucks!

yes you can get the savage .25 RTR with a radio system and everyting. i got my savage used off ebay and got lucky cuse my engine was great. but you can get the savage at a lot of websites.towerhobbies.com and more.

i got my savage 25 rtr today and started to break it in..its awesome except for the brakes, haha they blow, o well doesn't really matter for break in...ill fix it later...but get the savage you'll love it

Pissant, have you reviewed the rules recently?

Here's a quote from them:

· Use of Smilies - The is a hoot, but when there is a thread full of them it gets annoying real quick, while at the same time slowing the site down. Please limit your use of smilies to 2-3 per thread.

The rest of them can be found here:

Do me a favor...don't make a habit of posting in the fashion that you did above.

:D

No problemo. Just a friendly reminder from the resident hardass (at least today...)

I've got the Savage 25 RTR, and I love it. The truck is tough as nails, and the only problem I've had is the one-way bearing. Make sure you have a couple of those on hand. Otherwise, the truck rocks. I had it out in about 3 inches of snow yesterday, and no problems. Great rig!!

Sup doug welcome to RCNT you are in my neck of the woods at least if you are in Washington State. Fridge the Savage is a great truck it has it's flaws just like any other ride out there. As you stated though it is very tough. It does seriously sound as if you have nitro fever. Welcome to the most expensive hobby you ever had.

The savage is a hell of a truck! You WILL still need to fix stuff but thats all part of it, almost as much fun as driving. I would say for you to get the rtr .25 very nice truck, can't go wrong.
