I took my 24.7 out today, the first time in a month (been foolin with the Dud Demon) anyway it ran like crap so investigating the lsnv o-ring was shot & the needle was walking its out so i tried to make an o-ring outa some fuel line. The line i bought at the lhs was to big (outside dia.) wouldn't fit but I had some of the cheap fuel line that comes with the truck. The inside is the same but the outer dia. is smaller, works like a charm on the lsnv. Keeps the needle snug even when its out 12 turns. Used the same on the idle needle. the hsnv has a bigger o-ring & mines fine but I believe the larger outside dia. fuel line will work on that if I need. put a smigun of grease on the home made o-ring so it slides in easier & watch it as it goes in to see if its trying to push itself out. After the fix I had to bring the hsnv in to 3 1/2 turns from 4 1/2 cause it was bogging when i snapped the throtle & spitting to much oil out. The lsnv stayed pretty much as it was at 9 1/2 out, I think its now at 9 1/4. Hope this works for ya, look around for the cheap factory fuel line. I kept mine (12") (cut the line no more or less than the width of the place it goes on the needle-with a new axacto blade, it has to be a straight cut
