Yes I agree with you. but whoever found find one of my lost tickets would be screwed anyways.. Soon as I but one I sign the back of it.

Unfortunately, there is no way for her to prove it is/was hers anyhow. So if someone does find it, well, would seem to me that the 'finder' would also be the 'winner'. What a damn shame.

Maybe Ill take a road-trip to Ohio tonight and look myself lololol
