I have a nitro rustler, its the version previous to the newest one. It has a 2055 traxxas servo in it now, I just feel that the steering is to slow is there any servos i can upgrade to that will help my quickness? Bran new batters and it still feels slow, my friends t-maxx's are much faster then this and i find that odd seeing as my truck is a lot smaller and lighter.

Most important question is, whats your price range?

Id try to go with a metal/titanium gear servo, with lots of torque. I'm not sure what guys are running in rigs like yours though.

For around $60 you can get a 5625 Hitec, not loads of tq but its not a bad servo for cheap.

Or a 5645 for the same price. (more tq)

or for alittle more a 985.

and so on, the more you spend, the better they get.

The most used and most bought servo is the... Ace RC from thunder tiger corp. just look up an ace rc DS1015....Torque and speed are unreal... I blew 4 steering servos b4 I put this one in and now its deadly.

And I would go with the ace RC over ANY HITEC Servo especially as there not much difference in the price but quality of the ace rc is far superior
