Yeah, I know. Another sequel.
I recently added the extended and lowered CG TVPs by Fast Lane Machine, so I think I'm finished with the build now.

Ow, not again! The major tear down.

Hybrid diff/bulkhead combo unit.

Looks as long as a Greyhound bus.

All alloy. A beautiful piece of art.

Diff installed, looking from the back of the front end.

All the stock anodizing in purple has been removed. The extension is all between the back of the engine and the front of the shock tower. The extended drive shaft is part of the TVP kit.

Seriously, I might be done.

Current specs are:
15" wheelbase (Axle to axle)
19" wide stance with the Imex series 44 rims and tires.
23" from bumper to bumper and 25" to end of wheelie bar.
Weighs in at 17 pounds.

woooo shelf queen's done..
now wait till u flip it for the first time :p:

I have 4 custom painted lids for it, but now, none of them fit because of the extension. Time for more painting. Painting is tied with the joy of wrenching.

dang, its nice man I'm jeleous. But considering u aint gonna run it.. Nvm..

WOW!! Once again man, you made me wanna come and see it in person...Lucky man!! Very nice.

I think is see a speck of dust on it. You better get that cleaned up.

Damn, thought I might have beaten you to the punch as I just installed my chrome braided fuel line cover on my Savage, but it looks like you beat me to it.

Rolex..I know of one MANDATORY upgrade that you have not mentioned. The Shelf... 17lbs? I think you may need to upgrade it a bit to support all that Aluminum! Don't want that thing hitting the floor....it would be too much like taking a jump. Looks nice man I like it.

You ain't done till there's at least one coat of mud on the chassis.

As for the plastic trans case; perhaps a shot of that silver paint would look nice? Or maybe shoot it with another color, like that yellow.... It almost looks like a black marble in the middle of a chrome mirror.

There's been some talk of Racer1966 making me an alloy trans case.
Thanks again, BOUTCH.
(It's his fault for posting pics of his that got me started, but at least he knew when to quit.)
Candyman, I removed my chrome braided fuel lines since I had to re-route new ones. I also had to give up the head ring from the roll bar to the shock tower. (I found that speck of dust you mentioned, and I carried it outside where it can no longer create a problem.)

I am now blind from viewing this thread. Talk about BLING!!!! Love the looks of it, very clean and tasteful.

Soo the big question is....when are you going to convert it to brushless?!!??!!?=devil

I really gave that some thought, but I had used chrome paint on the radio tray cover, originally and ended up buying a new one since it looked a little cheap. Not only did I remove the purple ano, but the rest of the silver paint, other than the bumpers.

Little by little I tried to clean up its' image without making it look gaudy.

Now that I look at it, it does need the black to break up the bling a little bit. Kinda like a period at the end of a sentence, one well placed black dot makes it alot easier on the eyes.

Rolex,

didnt i see aliminum front & rear skids on the bling queen? where did you get them if you dont mind me asking?
