Hi,

In 2 days i get my Savage :p: :p: :p: , i just found out what it was today (I live in Australia so they've been on a plane for the last 2 weeks). Its something called a Savage .26 Picco, are they good? Faster then a .21? Are they toooo fast? Like do to many wheelys?

Thanks

Hi,

Nah cause it was being shipped before the SS was annocued, anyways i might get that too BUT today i got my Savage (with a Picco.26 in it ), got too dark to use when i got it so gotta wait till tomoz but i was just wondering the gentleman who owns the shop was saying that the Picco .26 keeps doing wheelies and too powerful and that i stood stay with the .21? What should i do? Is it too powerful? Any tips when i start my Savage Picco .26 tomoz?

Thanks

Keep the .26, it is a much better engine than the .21 that typically comes stock.

The only real tip is to have patience and follow the break in procedure to the letter. The process will be painful at times, but it will give you an engine that lasts longer and powers the Savage very well.

Beyond that, you might consider getting a decent inline fuel filter and a better air filter (if the one they sent you is the stock air filter). The rest of the hop-us are up to you.

I am certain that you will have a blast with your new truck.

Hi,
