i need a new antenna!

i lost my antenna when i was bashing my savage. can i make a homemade one and out of what? my hobby store is 20 min away and i would not like to just go there for an antenna. any suggestions?

You're not supposed to do that man!! LOL........I'm not sure as to what you could use to replace it, have you called your LHS to see if he has any in bulk? They only cost about .50 cents, maybe he could drop one in the mail for you and let you catch up the money with him next time you go in for fuel or parts........

20 mins is not that far way, Just take a drive there look around at their parts, Maybe you will learn something. Everytime I go to my lhs I learn something Ever If i I am in there for a few mins some how I learn something. I love my LHS

go to the hobby store any buy like 4.... that $2... while you are there buy a Mad Force.. since you are worried about spending only 50 cents...

better yet... get some a tube and jet glue... that's $3 right there and glue the tube down so you won't loose it...

my tube usd to always come loose an i had to stop my bashing cause my tire would run over the tube. i got sick ofit and putsome glue at the base of the antenna and ever came out since.(its been about 1 month since i put it on ad flipped about 20 times.)the glue helps a lot!

i dunno how you guys loose your antenna tube??? mine is on there pretty tight...
