You could always try runnin it around in your basement again.... lol
Pad the walls this time...

Well boys, I ran the Collari .30 today. It was very hard to tune, and I consider myself a very good tuner.
It was hard to get it into it's "sweet spot". But once you get it there, Holy hell!!
This engine has so much mid and high end power, that it's very hard to control it.
The front wheels lifted off the ground easily, but not aggressively. The front wheels were lifting up in second gear.
Mind you, I still have the stock gear set up, (15/52) and put on a lower prifile tire and wheel combo.
I will have to gear it more towards the 17/50 range, or somewhere about that.
The only trouble that I had other then the tuning, was the pull start cord stayed pulled out when the engine was flooded.
I had to loosen the glow plug and the cord would pull itself back in. Weird.
Other then that, IN EFIN SANE!!

And yes Pierow, I like the MGT much better.

EVERYTHING I have read on the Collari's has been top notch. I'm looking to get the B3 at some point this season, maybe even the B7. To me they are the best USABLE hp for the $$$.

The picco/werks .26 (P3) is an animal. Very strong low end torque. The lc.30 has a lot of high and mid power.
I wont get to ride along side a P3 till Sunday.
I'll let you know the outcome.

What are you doing on Sunday? I need to get out and run mine.

Nobodies going. gonna be too cold.

Just finished my break in today on my .30 and it really woke up on tank 8. I'm running about 240 with a MC-8, trinity 20% and the HSN is about 7.5 turns out. The midrange is really strong, it breaks loose all four wheels on asphalt when going WOT from a rolling start.

It's still cold here so it's hard to get a good setting.
Spring is right around the corner, so I have to wait.

What also helped was my werks adjustable clutch. I have it set a half turn lighter than flush, so the engine spools up a bit before full engagement. I know for sure though that this is NOT good for the diffs.

Hello

Which pipe uses it for the 30 collari?

Best Regards
Need
Are you asking what pipe is best fo the LC30 Collari? Well first off you will need the right length exhaust for the collari 30. Second there are different types at different RPM ranges. Get the best one for the engine you are using. Try for a mid pipe. Looks like you will need some type of onroad type exhaust..maybe.

I'm using the CVEC power tuned pipe and it is running well with the 2nd hole adjustment. I will try to get even more top end by trying the 3rd and 4th hole sometime this week.

I am breaking in the modded 25 with the tsias pipe but I am looking to get the Ribbed HPI pipe, HB one or the Vantage CF one.
