It finally came in! I got my Carbon Fiber Chassis in from Vantage. This is a "demo" unit not for resale
You can see pics here

More should come in next week!!

Wonder how well it will hold up. Dont know if it will be able to take pretty hefty tumbles hopefully they do well i kinda want one i think I'm gonna hold out and see if they break easily.

Hey bruce, send it to me I will test it out for ya.. hehe..

How do you like the black Jato you trashed? :)

Edit: I mean tested :D

That chassis looks pretty thin, but very cool.. lol
Any word on the CF lower arms for the Savage you posted awhile back?

The chassis seems very stiff - I will measure the thickness later - but weighs in at half the weight
Word is on the arms any time now - I will get a better idea today.

THX should know sumtin after the show

Bruce,

That is a sweet ride there man!

Now I need to buy something. I will PM ya later.

Wow, that is great looking truck. I know this sounds stupid but with the new wheels and the new body, it bearly looks like a Revo (until you take the body off) ;) Anyway nice work.

BTW, are those tires for packed dirt?

Vantage had a display at RCX. They had a chassis and the CF arms along with their pipes. The chassis was partially assembled and had the CF arms on it as well. Looks like a very nice product. Even my wife was impressed, and she could hardly care a hoot about R/C's!

well whats the verdict have you run the truck yet? Hows the chasis hold up? Is it junk whats the good and the bad for us people that are debating on getting this chasis?

are vantage pipes a thin metal pipe wrapped w/ CF???
askin cause I remember motocross trying CF Pipes a long time ago and coming to the conclusion that the dampening properties of CF were not good for tuned pipes....has vantage resolved that issue and if so how???
anyone chime in please as these seem pretty cool
