Yep, I've used them ever since I got my Savage and found that the stock hex slid into and off the rim far too easily.
I run a Hyper 8 port and Big Joes and have no trouble whatsoever. If in the future these do decide to spin inside the hub for some reason then it is only the hex that will get damaged and not the wheel, much cheaper to replace.
