This is all hypothetical.

Lets say i drive up to a heliport at 5AM and its still dark. A person walks out of the guard shack with short hair and baggy pants so I say "whats up man?" Then the person gets closer and i realize its a female. She is certainly trying to look like a dude so am i wrong for saying "man"?

This is all hypothetical.

Anyone else have a hypothetical?

If hypothetically she had tripped and fell onto a rug, would her tongue have fallen out? Hypothetically, I can see where that would be an honest mistake.

LMAO...That was the first thing that I thought too!

FLM I wouldn't worry about it bro, sounds like an honest mistake.

Hypothetically speaking she should have pepper sprayed then tazed you and then sued you for sexual harassment. Hypothetically speaking, of course.

If she sued you in a court of law, you could say, hypothetically, that you said, "What's up, ma'am?"

Ponder this:
What if there were no hypothetical questions?

if she is in a military uniform, you should say good day Sargent, or good day corporal.
