A friend of mine just got a dominator and can't get the Hyper .21 engine to start again since the first tank of fuel. I don't know all of the details other than he is using the factory carb break in settings, 30% nitro and the plug it came with. He has verified that fuel is getting to the engine, it is not flooding, and the plug is in pristene condition, i.e. glows like new. The idle setting is also set to 1/16" just as the manual states.

Does anyone know any potential issues with this mill or have any advice?

Did you adjust the idle a little higher? It seems that my hyper 8 port was too low on the idle. It was a bitch and a half to start in the break in process, but it is so easy now.

i had troubles breaking in my 8port also but after that it was so easy..try changing plug even if its new sometimes theyre not that hot to start an engine

its been a while since i had one of those. from what i remember i had to raise the idle and lean the lsn in order to keep it running. i think the problem is that there is usually too much fuel entering the cylinder. this keeps the flame kinda low but not always enough to load up. try taking a little time in between pulls or bumps to allow the glow plug to heat back up to its full potential (about 3-5 seconds). this should help.
