Hyper .21 Shim Questions

Wondering if anyone knows of any alternate engine shims I can use on a Hyper .21 8-port? Working on my brother's and the shims are missing. I need the .1mm and .3mm shims (at least per Ofna's web site) and the places I've found them online want more to ship than the shims themselves. If anyone has experience with an alternate manufacturer that will work, like Traxxas, HPI, etc., I'd appreciate it. None of the LHS' around me stock many Ofna parts.

'Course, if you happen to have a couple shims laying around, I'd appreciate it!

Maybe olds97 could make ya a couple out of some hose clamps & duct tape..

Hey Monkeyfrench,

I have some extra shims at home. Can you measure the inner and outer diameter of your bro's upper sleeve with a caliper and let me know what you get. I'll see if what I have at home will fit your needs.

Sorry Monkey, the shims I have are 14.65 id and 21.3 od. Are you sure the inner diameter is 11mm? That seems small for a .21.

This Friday I'm stopping by the LHS that carries shims for many different engines. I will check for you then and if they have some I will pick them up.
