anybody go hunting and if so what do you hunt for and what weapon pic if you want
 
I do alot of hunting. Deer hunting (With a Bow), Phesant, Squirrel, grouse also do alot of fishing. I used to rifle hunt deer, but after doing bow, it seemed like rifle wasn't much of a sport. Bowhunting is REALLY addicting.
 
I hunt whitetails with a longbow. Been deer hunting (archery) for about 17 years. Also hunt turkeys with a bow. Used to do a lot of pheasant and rabbit but the season coincides with bow season for deer and like Andy said, bowhunting is addictive. Also like to plug some dove's when they are in season.
 
I deer hunt with a Remington 1100 with a Hastings slug barrel. I used to hunt squirrel but don't any more. I am going to take up goose hunting this winter though. There are thousands of them on the farm here.

I hunt annoying rodents, paper targets, plinking targets, and clay birds. I use an old 20 ga for skeet/trap, and my custom ruger 10/22 for the rest. Here is a pic....

I used to hunt before but I haven't in sometime now.When I did I hunted rabbits, quail with a 22 Ruger rifle and an ole 22 pistol. Anything bigger would result in a puff of fur or feathers. I went hunting for dear once and it was a lengthy duration waiting.I used my buddes shorty AR-15 ( shhh) and got a clean single shot to the neck.

Would I do it again? If I had to, other than that probably not. I have an expensive hobby as it is.
 
i love to hunt sheep mouflon and feral can't do bow because shots exceede 200 yards every time wish i could...

I hunt ducks and pheasants occasionally. Remington 11-87 and 1100 :thankyou:

Yeah I eat squirrells. There really good on the grill. I only shoot stuff I eat, and eat everything I shoot. Wouldnt have it any other way.

Do I eat squirrel...Absolutely!

I love to hunt,

Squirrel, Winchester 12ga or Remington 22
Rabbit, 12ga
ducks, 12ga
doves, 12ga
deer, 30-06 riffle and bow. As others have said the bow hunting is a rush that you can't get from a gun. Bow hunting also made me a better hunter.

Fish, bow
 
Not to derail but what does a squirrel taste like? I can't see me eating a squirrel. They remind me to mch of furry rats.
 
I've eaten squirrel and have hunted squirrel too, it used to bridge the gap before deer season opened. It's not bad, only problem is you need about 15 of the frickin things to make a decent meal for 1 person! Coyote's on the other hand, just shoot the bastages and get rid of em!

Almost forgot, I also like hunting hogs with bow or 22. Wild pork is my favorite meat!
 
We mainly hunt Whitetail,Moose,Bear,Turkey.

Usely are hunting weapons consist of ,, 30-30,30-06,300mag,308mag,12 guage,20gauge,10gauge,crossbow,compound bow,.22mag. I sit on my couch at night with the window open and the high powered pellet gun and shot the coon's trhat come on the porch to rip the trash apart./
