I recently put an ofna 1700 hump pack in my 3.3(4908) reciever and the damn throttle servo started goin crazy. The only thing I could do to fix it was to put the AA bat. pack back in, has anybody had this happen to them?

Actually I have. I changed and put a spektrum servo on my steering and put the traxxas 2055 on my T/B and I noticed the same thing. I havent messed with it since. I was planning on just replacing it a lil later with another digital servo. With my shoulder still kinda jacked up from my surgery, it really starts to bother me after I start messing with it after a lil bit.

oh good that i saw this cause i was thinking of getting a hump pack for my 4908 maxx. Hope you figure out the problem.

Well, it should say right on the pack. If it doesn't, count the cells. 1.2 volts each. If it's a hump pack, I'm assuming it's a 2/3 configuration. Which would be 5 cells, 6 volts. Which makes your problem even more frustrating! Electrical gremlins haunted me day in and day out for a while. I'm on a lucky streak lately. Make sure the pack's 6 volts and is plugged in correctly. If you can't determine the voltage by eye, measure it with a volt meter. It should be around 6.5 volts.
