Where is a good place to pick up Huddy products? I will be looking for a tuning board and guages at some point in the future and just wondering where to look.

RCAmerica has a link to the Huddy on line store but they say that their prices are better through a hobby shop. Checking their list of distrubutors I can't find anyone listed that has an online shop.

Thanks for the help!

Bruckner has one in stock. I was there today. I think its 279.

This is the setup board that I use.
If you ask me, Hudy is too expensive for a setup station.
Look into this for $130.00.

RCAmerica is the main distribuer of HUDY products. The only rason why I have the HUDY system is because I got it second hand at the LHS. Integy is a good system. The only difference between the 2 other than color is that the HUDY ultimate system has a tweak station built in. If you get the Integy system and then get the speedmind tweak station, you'll still com in cheaper than the HUDY ultimate system.

Isn't the main purpose of the board to just make sure your ride is level and the toe in is spot on? Just kin of fine tuning the suspension and such? i know this is off topic, but I was curious.

Toe adjustment, camber, caster, turning throw ... all key elements to get the car performing correctly. The tweak station is to have the suspension balanced. Droop is for basically the limitation on the suspension to keep the car from bottoming out or limiting travel.

I have the Integy system. I find it simple to use and saved a lot of money. Comes with a decent case.

Same here. The Integy is very good & never let me down as far as getting my car set-up correctly.

I use the integy gauges and the hudy board. I have no complaints. I got everything for 100$. can't complain about the price either

I saw some really neat laterations on Ebay after I got interested in the mater. I am in no way an expert on the matter, but some of the ons going for 20 bucks @ Ebay shops seem to be a good alternative...

Rob - Where did you get the Integy C22350PROBLUE for $78? I cannot find it for less than $110.

Don't forget, anyone racing competatively (and worth their salt) will also have a tweak station. SpeedMind has one for about $45. This will give you the balance you need for your car's suspension. Otherwise, it will be the old lift and balance trick of old school. It's ust as accurate, just more time consumingSome of the other racers are using 4 digital scales (one under each tire) to balance the suspension. This, by far, is the most accurate yet expensive method.

Just don't forget that as the foam wears down and you adjust ride height, your tweak will have to be reset every time.

Sorry ross.
I edited my post.
Maybe I looked at a lesser model.

I can't remember the pn but the model that's for about $78 is just the tools. There's no board, no setup wheels and no carrying case.

Thanks for all the information, especially the tip on the Integy board. The Hudy is pretty expensive but I see there are some options to get around that.

Thanks again, I am definately look into the Integy set ups that are listed
