How much better would the HS-81mg servo be in the rc18mt over the stock steering servo?

Isn't it the same speed but with more torque? I don't think it's cordless either. I could be wrong.

It will be way better! It will not only make the truck handle better it will make it wayyyy more durable!

thanks..i have a hs-81mg here..was just wanting to know if installing it would be worth the effort.

Would better compared with the stock servo.

First off the HS-81MG uses metal gears,so durability is way higher, one tough little servo.

Second the torque is increased a good deal, another plus.More servo torque = better control.

I have three HS-81MG servos, ugrades to cheapie stock servos supplied with the kit mini trucks.I am very happy so far :breakdown
