I just wanted to express my sincere gratitude towards HPI in a public forum. Their customer service has gone above and beyond to help me get this used truck I got for my dad for his birthday going in time. They sent me several parts that the truck needed for FREE, I sent them my card info and they wouldn't take it!!! And this is on a truck that I told them I bought USED. I'm fairly new to this nitro truck hobby that I have come to love, so I don't know where HPI stacks up as far as quality in comparison to the other manufacturers, but nobody can TOUCH their customer service.

Thanks for giving them a big thumbs up. Their trucks are one of the best.
I will say their customer service is top notch. When I told them the issues I had with my baja out of the box they had no problem covering it if something were to happen to either component. They had no problem taking care of my defective carb on my 5.9 either. The only hassle I found is you have to write an email and prove ownership before they'll consider fixing or guaranteeing something.
