got a new engine in the mail today, the crank broke on my other one but it was about 5 gallons and a year old. i sent it to em just to see what they would do about it. THANK YOU HPI!!!
 
Yes I have heard many people say the same ting, and that was one of the reasons I bought this brand and will keep buying HPI products in the future. I never return damaged/destroyed items though, as long as I have the money and its available i just buy whatever is damaged.
 
my brother has a rush evo and i ordered some parts for him. i noticed they were quite expensive compared to traxxas parts and they took awhile to get here. ( i order everything online cause the nearest hobby shop is 50 miles away)
 
I've heard HPI has been pretty awesome. I've never had any probs with my Hpi products so I have never had do deal with them. Hpi will always be my fav label.
 
I have no complaints at all with hpi. When I first got my Savage SS, they only came with a two spider diff, needless to say I destroyed mine. Well I contacted them via email, attached a pic of the blown diff, and they sent me a brand new complete diff at no cost to me. HPI has great customer service.
