HPI Vs. MIP

I am looking to go to 17mm and this looks like a cheap way to get there. how do these compare to the MIP's?

That kit is the next mod on my list too. I had a similar HPI setup on my old truck and it worked perfectly. The only universals that I had major problems with were the cheap "no name" one that are found on Ebay. They literaly lasted less than 5 minutes before the pins fell out.

hmmmmm, i might give them a try. i like running 2wd so i would have a full set of spares.

The HPI CVD's are good. They have held up to a modded LRP .28 quite nicely on my bud's racer.
