well i sent them my blown engine and now thay r sending me a new one .hpi stands by thair product.:cheers:
 
Yeah they're the bomb alright, need to be hit by one!!! I broke the drive shaft on my savage during the 6th tank of fuel and after waiting for almost an hour on the phone went back to the operator to try to order one and you can't order from them directly.
 
just send them the broken part and an explination and i am sure thay will send you a new one
 
Calling hpi a bomb company isnt to cool.The savage is new and will have its problems,just like the t-maxx did.Flip the rear shock bolt on the tank side..It may go through it,I've seen this happen.
 
I am an old fart and knew "the bomb" meant like they were the poop meaning a positive statement. I personally was kinda ticked off when I couldn't order from the company directly and had to wait 3 weeks for my parts to arrive while my broken in less then 36 hours savage collected dust.
 
Ok, I now know what you mean.And yes I would be mad If that had that happen to me.

El you break everything! lol

Its a new product, parts are in high demand because they clearly sold a lot more trucks than they expected. Overall, HPI has addressed all the issues reported to them from the field already and have replaced parts for free. Great company in my book!

And to date, this truck blows away my Maxx in many of ways, but the one that stands out the best is the sheer BEEF this thing has.

No, it wont beat the new 2.5 on speed, but give it a $ 120 Hyper 8 and it will smoke it!

Yes ,I live in BRITISH COLUMBIA.I have a company called Adrenaline rc. I also like them both.

good for you, i wonder if they will replace my broken 21 :rolleyes:
 
well got a new engine from them last week no questions asked now i have to break it in again ohhhhh what fun but thats the way it goes
