I brought my HPI Savage 25 to the hobby store because it wouldn't start since it wasn't driven in 5 years. It worked fine while it was there but when I got it home it wouldn't drive as fast as it was. I left it alone and came back the next day and it starts but cuts off seconds later. Now the flywheel is stuck. Why won't it drive as fast and how do I get the flywheel unstuck?

Just a slight change in weather means a slight adjustment to the engine. Was it later in the evening after you got home from the hobby shop? Temps change the next day?

To get it unstuck, try heating it up with a hair dryer. that should loosen it up as long as nothing broke.

It was 30 minutes after the shop but my the a/c in my house is on Antarctica so I guess that counts as weather change. When I felt the engine before and after trying to start it, it was cold. I'll try the dryer. Thanx :)
