i was just wondering if the HPI High Performance Air Cleaner would make any noticable changes in performance or just keep me very assured of no dirt gettin in my engine? either way I'm still gonna get it LOL

Depends on what you mean by noticeable changes...and what you currently have on your ride. The HPI High Performance air filter is a collaborative effort with the MotorSaver Air Filters. I say collaborative to mean that they are almost identical in design (no I don't know for certain if HPI and MotorSaver got together to make the sucker).

If you have a small air filter, then this will definitely allow your engine to breath more easily.

i have that little stock air filter sitting on the T-15 on my HPI evo its only 16 buck i will but it today if i egt a chance to get to tha hobby shop

No, there will not be a noticable change in performance. But it will help keep the air cleaner and help the engine breath better as Sky said.

Pee Wee

I prefer the Motorsaver with an additional foam aroun it. I just adjust the air and fuel ratio. I ONLY do this on days I bash in really dusty or dirty areas. Other than that I use the regular set up.
