HPI hellfire problems

i just got a new hellfire. but when i started the engine it revved very high, it was almost like it was giving itself gas. i hit the brakes and then it started to idol normally. i tried turning the idol down but it did not work also it is very hard to pull start. i was wondering if anybody has had the same problems, or if they know how to fix them.:\:\

adjust the idol screw on ur carb OR the servo... could be set to wide open

Take it off the servo and turn ur car and radio on and refit it so that the carb is shut as closed as it will go and then adjust with the idol screw

Dude Just turn the radio on, and the receiver, and take the air filter off....Look in there and there should be a gap the thickness as a credit card. IF its bigger, do what Solly said.
