In this day and age of CRAPPY ass customer service, I just wanted to plug the folks over at HPI for quickly addressing my problems.

As some of you may remember, I had some problems with the drill component of the roto stripping out the gears. HPI sent me a new gearset - no questions asked. But that's not all, they also through in a set of rims.

Maybe I got lucky. Dunno. But it was nice to have a completely positive experience for once.

Cool! Got your needed new parts and some extra goodies as well! Wonder if I'll get any extra goodies with my roto start screws...............not gonna hold my breath on that one, but any extra's are always welcome!

have u tried it ?do u have to call them in first?i got like 6 of them

Not true they say the wheels strip cuase of user error.. not keeping the nuts on tight enough

 A little blue loc tite on the stud when you tighten the wheel nuts will help keep them from coming loose
