Hi all;

I had asked about the Savage reverse module and even though I was warned about it's frailty I decided to try it because with my small yard I need it desperately. Well it lasted about 10 minutes and then something stripped etc etc... toast...

I contacted HPI and they gave me an RMA number and replaced it free of charge, no hassles about how it was installed or setup, no inquisition, no digging for LHS receipts, boxes, etc etc... The old one was defective, I sent it in and they just handled it.

Luis is awesome! I have had him before. But anyway I have had some trouble with my savage and HPI said they would replace the parts about two weeks ago. Still no parts!
 
It does take a while... I think the reverse thing took a few weeks and my ESC took about 2 weeks to get replaced. But at least they stand behind their stuff :)
 
Yes, it does take forever!
