WTF guys,

Take a look at this....good thing I haven't seen these in the US. It's just an overpriced, rearranged guts version of the HPI Nitro 3. Not even with PBS...to me, this is a sad day in r/c history....to hit such a high with the MTX-4, then smash it with this.... :arrr: arrr..this is bullcrap.

** Now don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that Mugen OR HPI make horrendous kits, just that for what a Mugen costs and their history of quality, this one doesn't do it's name any justice IMO.

(sorry about that...got carried away typing)

I dont see anything.. did ya forget to post the pic/link or is my comp being lame again?

alot of companys do that. ofna , kyosho, its just a shaft drive car with a center tranny unlike the ntc3 where theres a back tranny. ofna also compied that. they try to make it better and better.

Noted,

My major deal was the suspension...to see HPI styled suspension arms was kind of a let down...I figured they would have a PBS with better diff housings, etc. All I see is a nitro 3 with re-arranged servos. I seriously think that thing can't take on an FW-05 or even a TC3...maybe they were just looking into making an entry-level basher...I've gotta see what the reviews say.

Actually, that has been the way the MSX series looked since it came out. It looks the same but I guess it was just updated. Never really hit big here since the MTX series is the kit of choice.

I beleive it came out when the MTX-3 first cameout.

oh ok....

Its just that I've never seen that kit when I was living there. This is the first I've seen of this kit but hey maybe it wasn't popular over there either (Japan) :-) Then again, Kyosho is the brand of choice over there from what I remember (cheapest parts to replace).
