HPI carb problems

Bought a nearly new HPI evo3. with the .15 the guy was having trouble with the carb, i havent got any experience with carbs yet, i went ahead and ordered new one from the shop, but is there any good guides or or step by steps on carb rebuild.

carbs are very simple. good seals and not over tighting is key to carb work.

Thanks alot, yeah i took it apart cleaned things, seems to run much better will fine tune tommorrow, thanks. good to here form a fellow volunteer, grew up in hendersonville,tn

I'm in Knoxville. Moved here from New York in 2000.
Any time you buy something used, if it isn't running perfectly, you should take the carb apart and give it a rebuild.
That and a proper tuning, and you're all set.
