how to take off clutch bell from a 2.5 t-maxx

Use a small flat blade screw driver and pop the e clip off. Use needle noses to put it back on. Have fun and don't lose it! E clips can be a bitch the first time you monkey with them.

Yeah, Yeah, you think you got it and ping!! it shoots halfway across the room! LOL Try and use a magnitised screw driver it will save you hours of searching on your knees with your nose to the floor.

And make sure it is seated in the groove good before you clamp down with the pliers. I've stretched a few of those e-clips by not paying attention to that.

I thought that was bad, then I took out the clip that holds in the wrist pin on the engine

man....you ain't kidding! I've lost so many of these Damn things. It's always a good idea to have a few extras in the trusty tool box.
