dont worry about the missing spring i just found it, please help me iam so lost on how to put these shoes on??

yes i have that walk-through and i am confused as hell, how do i put the spring on the shoe that is what iam confused about?? is the longer side sticking out through the bottom or is that the shorter side?? :ahem:

The long side sits in the groove that carved in the shoe. The short side is the side you bend back slightly to "attach" it do the clutch nut. You slide the shoe like half way on the peg then you can use a flat head screw driver to gently pry back the shorter side to snap into the groove on the clutch bell.

are they on ok?? i want to be sure so i dont mess up my engine.

Dude those look hella loose, Mine are on way tight. The three shoe springs made it way way tight. I had to really make sure that I really pushed down on the spring in the clutch nut and man I got it after a while but took some time.

EDIT: Sorry guys I assumed we were talking about the HPI stuff. Don't know too much about the Envy setup.
