Ummmm...pictures may help. What did you break?
Oh poop lmao. I fumbled that one. My bad. And nothing is broke... yet.....
Rip to that motor and rear diff lol. Burnt up my transmission in my rustler by not setting the slipper right and not gearing down on 2.8 MT tires.
yea i figured that would happen. I switched them back to the stock wheels

Question though. I am wanting to get some different wheels for it. When looking at new wheels, do i go by over all diameter or weight? Or both?

You need to match hex size. The overall diameter of the tire and wheel matters but the wheel diameter doesn't as ling as the wheel fits over your hub carrier and control arms.
Wheel offset also matters but a lot of wheels are pretty similar now.
You might need to get different thickness of hexes to fine tune the fit.

Anytime you mess around with wheel and tire sizes, watch your temps of the electronics closely.
If you don't have a thermo-heat gun then I highly recommend you purchase one.
