Hi all, Iam looking into getting a buggy to race on the weekends, I have been looking at the Hotbodies D8, does anyone have any experience with this buggy? It will just be club races, nothing serious. I do want a kit, that way I know what to do when she breaks. I have good experience with nitro, so if anyone else has a suggestion, please feel free to throw it out there. Iam looking for a buggy that is fairly tough, parts available, easy to work on, and last but not least, FUN and able to race it later. Well I will shut up now and wait for you guys thanks!

The Lightnings made by Hotbodies are very tough.....I would say you are on the right path there with the D8.

I just had my 2nd club race ever and I'm running a D8 and I got 3rd I know its not 1st but there was 16 drivers in my class and I beat alot of drivers that has been doing the racing thing for years :):third_place:

Awesome job man! Don't even worry bout 1st, run your race and be happy with the outcome. Especially if it is a top 3 finish!
Before you you know it, you'll be the fast guy they worry about.
