Horizon ruined them over per usual.
Used to have a onyx 245 dual back in the day.. (8 or so years ago... Lol )

Not everything but just my opinion they are more focused on spektrum, arrma and RTR Losi and producing more RTRs than supporting the other sides of the hobby like the aftermarket or the racers. They probably let go of the whole pro TLR team just to get enough funding to make a megalodon mini LMT like why? Lol.

Yes sure Proline and duratrax are still going "okay" but their quality has gone down hill imo.

Not saying that horizon is bad or anything it's just I think that their losing hope in other worlds of RC bc they're just focused purely on RTR and getting people INTO the hobby, instead of making them getting more deeper into the hobby ie racing or upgrading.

Like for the racers, they took over Trinity when the owner passed away, now I rarely see people running trinity or being sponsored by them.

That’s unfortunate. They seem like a massive company that owns a bunch of other companies. I would think they could be really great and support both the RTR crowd and the hard-core kit building crowd.
