dont quote me on this but i think my lhs told me along time ago that they were like .7 hp....might be wrong though, they have told me the wrong thing several times.
 
a few weeks ago i searched for hp ratings, but i didnt keep the info. i DID calculate that in general nitro engines make about 10 hp per cubic inch, but remember NONE of the nitro engines we use are 1 ci. one of the resons why they can make that much power is that they move lots and lots of fuel through them.
 
james watts defined horsepower. if course you can make your own. but as far as i know mr. watts def is the ONLY def.
