Alot of rc planes have these wimpy foam spinners that crunch like a ritz cracker during a botched landing. After ordering a zillion foam spinners I thought of a cheap solution. Beacon Hobby Coat is a solution. Its like enamal it dries clear and makes the foam very close to plastic. Purchase a bottle and do all of your foam spinners maybe 4 coats each. It dries flat and shiny like clear coat on a car. If you ding it, you wont be replacing your spinners all the time. I secure all my spinners with a touch of ca in case of a bad landing or a flippy floppy. Images of coated props. included.
