Impossible to tell for sure with the pics you provided.

My guess is the top is a 2.2, the bottom a 3.2?
Measure the outer diameter of the wheel You should come up with numbers something like these.
2.2, 2.8, 3.2, 3.8, 4.0, etc.
You also need to consider hex sizes when buying wheels . 12mm, 14mm, 17mm, 23mm etc

Thanks for the input! I'm currently in the process of building a racemaxx and I'm not certain of the wheel size I should go with. What is the most common racemaxx dish wheel size? I don't want a 40 series and I was thinking 1/2" offset with a 17MM hex. Opinions appreciated!
