Does anyone mix their own fuel for their nitro cars? I have access to Angus or Klotz Nitromethane and Methanol. I'm not sure what to mix in for a lubricant.

Any info would be appreciated.

do you have an airplane RC shop near you? they usually have all the lubes and stuff to mix w/ nitro......

Thanks for the responses. I did find that Klotz makes RC fuel additives and lubricants, and was looking at about $20 a gallon (when I added the Nitro, Methanol and Lube) which is a fairly good savings over the $30 a gallon I am paying at my LHS. I will check out the options here, it may be even cheaper!

keep in mind, having those chemicals around your house in quantity, is quite a risk. if your keeping less than 4 gallons or so total, id say your ok, just dont go for that 55 gallon drum, thats just asking for trouble. a fire safe cabinet might not be a bad idea either.
