I've been looking on some other sites and checking out the forums and they have been saying that the picco has a messed up carb (first batch) but the new ones have the better easier to tune carb (new batch) is this true cuz i heard there was alotta problems with the first ones so are the new ones better and easy to tune? thanks

What size and model are you referring to?
Picco has been making engines for years and have several different sizes.

And also with the Picco 26 I've read a few posts about ppl who have had something slipping like i wouldnt pop wheelies like it used to and theyve said taht theyve tried everything with the slipper so I'm thinkin about gettin one with a 3 shoe mugen clutch so if this happens to me i wanna know what to do to fix it Thanks
