Hi

lets get to the point... I was thinkin' about building a 6x6 maxx
but not how you think see if I build this it will be 6 wheel drive!!!
how will I do it???? I will get a front end + 2 full rearend assemblys off Ebay (for 2.5 of course) then I will get a .21 conversion+ .21 engine (what is a good inexpensive .21??) then I will get a tranny off Ebay and whatever else I need as I go along
any way I will get two full sets of 2.5 drive shafts... I will start by putting the tranny and front end+ one rearend assembly on chassis putting front end where the rear end should be (so I don't have to worry about the engine + spur gear gettin in my way) then I will figure out how to hook the 2nd rear assembly to 1st rear assemby's bulkheads... then I will use a belt + pulley system to connect another out put yoke to the top of tranny case... then I will rig the extra drive shafts to get through the shock tower( will ride on ball bearing fixed in the shock tower)
finally to the second rear diff and then I will have some hardcore 6x6 .21 powered t-maxx action!!! hey maybe they'll even feature it in RCCA or RC Nitro

:D :D :D

Nice E-maxx, but i've seen a 6x6 maxx and that looked cool so good luck and hope to see some pics.

a more user friendly version tell me which one you like better-xmas-

actually this way I can take it in and out of 6 wheel drive by removing a pin in a steel rod that will hold the diff in gear..
you know how it works there has to be enough pressure to keep the diff from spinning :D :D

P.S. We will have to flip the second rear diff to do this

Hmmm that looks sweeeeeet!!!!!! can't wait to see a finished product!!!

yep but mostly climbing+ just bashin' unless you want to go top speed -xmas-
and you can disengage 6 wheel to 4 wheel drive by removing a pin-xmas-

I like the looks of that E-maxx. But it would be cool to make a T-maxx like that, only advantage is the power. If i where to do something like that, i would make an altenator and keep the battary at a full charge while the engine is running.
